User Agreement

1. Account Eligibility & Security

To access our games (including but not limited to Football Dynasty), you must create an account using supported third-party services (Apple, Google, Facebook). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One Person, One Account: Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts to manipulate game mechanics (Multi-boxing/Farming).

2. Limited License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games for your non-commercial entertainment. You do not own the account, characters, or virtual items; these remain the exclusive property of Blocks Studio.

3. Virtual Goods & Currency

Our games may include virtual currency (Gems, Diamonds) and virtual items. You understand that:

• Virtual goods have no "real world" value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or platform (Apple/Google) policies.
• Attempting to purchase virtual currency through unauthorized third-party "top-up" services will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Cheating

To maintain a fair SLG environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Automation & Cheating: Using macros, scripts, bots, or any third-party software to automate gameplay or modify game data.
• Exploitation: Knowingly exploiting game bugs or "glitches" to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Account Trading: Selling, buying, or trading game accounts or virtual items for real-world money (RMT).
• Refund Abuse: Initiating fraudulent refund requests through Apple/Google after consuming the virtual goods.

5. User Generated Content (UGC) & Chat Policy

Our games provide communication features (World Chat, Alliance Chat, Profiles). By using these, you agree NOT to post or transmit any content that:

• Illegal Content: Promotes illegal activities, terrorism, or violates any local or international laws.
• Harassment: Includes hate speech, racial or ethnic slurs, sexual harassment, or bullying of other users.
• Inappropriate Content: Contains pornography, extreme violence, or obscene language/images.
• Spam & Scams: Includes unauthorized advertising, phishing links, or promotion of third-party "top-up" sites.
• Personal Data: Discloses the private information (Doxing) of other players.

Monitoring & Enforcement: We use automated filters and human moderation to monitor chat. We reserve the right to mute, kick, or ban any account that violates these standards without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blocks Studio. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the game without our express written consent.

7. Service Availability & Maintenance

We do not guarantee that our games will be available at all times. We reserve the right to interrupt, suspend, or modify service for maintenance, server upgrades, or emergency fixes without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses (e.g., lost troop march time, missed event rewards) during these periods.

8. Termination of Account

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may also request account deletion via our Data Deletion Portal.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blocks Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Region]. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your City/Country].
